
A couple of days ago all of my sites were down because of some problems with my hosting. I waited for some hours since dreamhost was quick enough to announce that they are having problems with my cluster. But after announcing that they have fixed the problem but my sites were still down, I emailed their customer support. An hour after my email, all of my sites were back up. We’re back in the business of earning money online and get from rags to riches online.
I normally do these steps when encountering any problem whether on my site or in any of my other endeavors.
1. Be patient.2. Check for announcements or apology.3. Wait for a certain grace period.4. After the time lapse, email the person or support.5. Attach a supporting image to your claim.6. Wait for results7. Repeat from step 1.
I rarely get angry but if I do then there’s a darn good reason for it.
